"I was overcharged $60. Front desk clerk would not help me because “she’s not the one who did it” and that I had to email them. The room was nice but when i arrived there was hair all over the bathroom floor. I had to lay the towels down on the floor until housekeeping came up and cleaned it.. I left for the day and when I came back to the room.. housekeeping just pushed the towels under the sink .!! didn’t even sweep."

"I’ve heard how great this property was from online so I thought I would give it a chance. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate holding my luggage while at the parks. The room view was pipes and roof. I was hardly in the room. The room was clean for the most part, the drain stop was loose so I had to reposition it so water would drain- and I found long dark hair in the tub (I have short lighter colored hair). The restaurant had a decent breakfast (the rest of the time I ate in the parks)."

"This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family! The rooms were spacious & clean, the beds were comfortable, the restaurant that served breakfast was delicious with quick & kind service, and the proximity to Disney was perfect. The hotel lobby was beautiful and every one was very nice & helpful. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! 10/10 recommend!"
