"The hotel is very small but the room was clean and functional. Air conditioning worked great, bathroom looked like it needed an upgrade . There was no one at the office when I arrived but the manager arrived shortly after. The pool is very small , more like a large jacuzzi . Location is downtown, so if you like a very busy area this will suite you "

"The staff was top notch! Always checking on you and remembering your name by the 2nd day. Concierge was perfectly capable when it came to excursions or renting a golf cart. If we are in this part of Belize again, we will definitely be staying here."

"My stay at Watermark Hotel was honestly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home, special, and completely taken care of. As a solo traveler, that meant everything. A huge shoutout to Tanisha at the front desk — she was AMAZING. She didn’t just check me in, she made sure I had the best experience possible. She gave me real tips on where to go (and where not to go), helped me plan my outings, and even called clubs ahead of time to check dress codes for me. That level of care? Top tier. And then there’s Daniel at the Sky View Bar — wow. He went out of his way to find me homemade empanadas when I couldn’t find them anywhere, and they were SO good. We talked, listened to music, and he made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The vibe was unmatched. I also have to talk about my girl Nancy — she was everything. We connected instantly and talked like we’d known each other forever. She kept me company, made me laugh, and truly made me feel like family. As someone traveling alone, that meant more than I can even explain. Every single person I interacted with made my experience special, but these three went above and beyond. I didn’t just stay at a hotel — I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. I love them all and will definitely be back ❤️"

Property to the pool to the view of the suite on the 3rd floor of the ocean and the restaurant on the property is amazing! Hospitality top tier . "Sunbreeze Suites is a nice cozy beachfront hotel. The location is the best. Walking distance to everything. We rented a gulf cart but only used it to go to secret beach. We walked everywhere else. The hotel was very clean. We had a Oceanview room on the 2nd floor. The room was very spacious with all amenities and a nice size balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. The room had nice pictures on the wall. Very decorative. No tv in the bedrooms, only in the living room area. The bathroom was beautiful. Nice and roomy with a big walk in shower. Limited counter space around the sink though but its doable. The hotel has a nice little cozy pool. The water was warm. There's one restaurant on-site. Our food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner there. We ate lunch at the nearby restaurants on the beach. There was alot of sargassum the time we was there but we expected that. We definitely will be going back to Sunbreeze Suites. I recommend the hotel. You will not be disappointed. We just got home a few days ago and I'm ready to go back. Thank you Sunbreeze Suites/staff."
