City hotel for weekend

Small design-style hotel just a short walk from the main pedestrian area. At a very busy street. Very helpful and service minded staff. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. Bathroom was very small but worked for me. Breakfast buffe area was not accessible but a sitting area was available next door.

Average stay

The hotel is located on one of the main busy streets in Belgrade. It has very small rooms, basic breakfast, and no one makes the bed in the morning. The only good thing is the receptionists, who do their best. Given the high price I paid for the room, value-for-money is poor.

It is stated in Expedia that there is daylight cleaning and the do it every FOUR (4) days. Not even cups for coffee are cleaned. From my point of view, one double bed is not two single beds together. That is the meaning of double bed in this hotel. Two small beds togueter uncomfortable to sleep. It can be hot inside but not air-conditioner available. You open the window, mosquitos get it. Complicated situation. Gym is nice and convenient location. Walking distance from everywhere. Nice reception staff. Overall looks nice and clean place. The not refundable policy did not allow me to change my mind and go to other hotel.

Great stay

Good location on a main road so very easy to find. Less than 10 minutes walk to Kneza Mihaila and the Belgrade Fortress and surrounds. Nice check in with Katarina, she offered a Rakija upon arrival which was a nice touch. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water and didn’t leak out of the shower door so the floor didn’t get wet (sounds simple enough but many hotels can’t get it right!). Plenty of English TV channels with Serbian subtitles.

Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast. Very clean and spacious room. No great views, neighborhood is undergoing renovations and has a lot of concrete architecture etc. but close walking distance to castle hill area, lots of shops, pedestrianized areas, bars, and other fancy hotels nearby. This hotel was a good value, but barely has the amenities for 4 stars. Bed was hard, exit light by door was fluorescent and couldn’t be turned off, shower stall was tiny. Convenient location if you need to park a car.

センターに近くて、超便利

今までセルビアで宿泊してきたホテルの中で一番でした。 ほぼセンターに位置しているので、不便なことはありません。 ネットもよく繋がっています。 また朝食が大変バラエティ豊かで、インスタ映えするような可愛らしい盛り付け（ハムが薔薇のように巻かれてるなど）がされていて、おしゃれです。 長期的に滞在したのですが、清掃さんが清掃しなかった箇所が、毎日どこかしらあるので、それさえ目をつむれば、大変快適に過ごせるかと思います。

The Hotel Srbija Garden Ex Garni is located on a very busy street but extremely close to Republic Square, pedestrian shopping area filled with cool bars and fab eateries. Reception was efficient and the staff speak excellent English. The girl on reception was very friendly and supplied me with a map of the area and very clear instructions on how to get to the main tourist sightseeing spots The main doors lead into the reception area which is bright with its own small bar. Off to the back and a few steps down, is the self-service breakfast area offering all the usual juices, fruits, cold meats, cheese and eggs you would expect from a European hotel. My room was 1 level up and, thankfully faced the rear of the building. The room was well laid out, bright and spacious, with air conditioning. The room also had a safe, mini bar and tea / coffee making facilities. Bathroom featured a walk-in shower (no bath) with pristine white towels to hand. The hotel was busy and all the guests seemed happy with their surroundings. Taxi!!! Advise staff at the taxi desk (black & yellow check) close by the exit doors as you leave departure hall where you are going and they will provide you with a “taxi receipt” detailing exactly what you will pay. And have cash available, local taxis do not take credit cards. Genuine airport taxis will not accept you as a hire without this receipt.
