"The rooms and bathrooms were clean, I stayed twice at this hotel during my travels in Serbia. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, each and every one. No complaints, I would stay at this hotel again if I were back in Serbia!"

"An excellent hotel all around . It’s in a great central location in Belgrade. The rooms are nice and clean . The staff is very friendly, great service. The hotel gym is excellent- one of the best I have ever seen- I workout in almost every hotel when I travel .
Nice pool and spa , and two good restaurants in the hotel ."

"Inconsistent service in different areas of the hotel. The front desk and maid aspect flawless. The restaurant not so much. Despite decent food the staff was not not so much forthcoming."
