"If you are not quite ready to let go of Italy before flying out of Malpensa, this charming and ornate villa is just a 5 minute shuttle away. Our room ended up being a spacious and comfortable suite with private balcony and a view of cows and pastures. You could barely hear the airport. Amenities were excellent and bathroom fully upgraded. A very good restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a real gem."

"Hotel seemed to be in middle of nowhere. Pick up from terminal 1 then went to terminal 2 and about 15 mins later arrived at the hotel. Rooms are dated and need upgrade. Not to the standard of a crowne plaza. Would not choose to stay here again."

"We stayed there at the end of our trip because it is close to the Milan airport and they have shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a restaurant with delicious food. We booked the family room and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff is professional and friendly."

"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows."

"It’s perfect for a one or two night stay on your way back to the Malpensa airport. There resto is great and so is the osteria down the street. "

"Perfect spot close to the airport. My wife had previously fell and dislocated and fractured her shoulder so we stayed for 3 days awaiting our flight back to the states. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating Shout out to Joseph who couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks"

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."
