"Check in process was not smooth at all. No code were given ahead of time to enter the property. Luckily came across a staff member who helped and explained how check in process works. Also no parking info was given prior to arrival and made things difficult.
Staff were lovely and helpful but unreachable when needed. Despite all this I would stay again. Id probably use their own website to get the needed info. Hotels.com provided no or wrong codes.
The property is very nice, great for families, beach near by as also towns for restaurants or shopping"
"Really good rooms. One of our family rooms had a bunk bed of which we didn't realise as it wasn't in the description. This however was fine.
Still great rooms.
One of the family rooms with the bigger shower (501) family said they found the air con wasn't great but this may have been an error on their behalf. They said it was still a great room and wasn't a big problem.
One downfall was the lift. Only one small lift and it's very slow and also the same lift used by house keeping so when checking in we had to use the stairs with our heavy luggage as the lift was full a lot of the time.
Would recommend this hotel highly as in a good location and a nice hotel. Staff were lovely too and drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced.
We were also fortunate to be able to check in early and they had plenty of storage to store luggage after check out. "
"Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect
Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice
One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers"
"Great location for beach and transport links. Initially a very aesthetically pleasing bright airy apartment… closer inspection reveals a shabby chic appearance with paintwork requiring a fair bit of touch up. Nonetheless, a very comfortable apartment and super bed. Would question the safety of an overhead microwave (I’m 5ft 10 and found it somewhat precarious!) All the utensils one might need though provision of small bottles of oil/salt would be useful. Signage displaying a rather cheeky and hefty charge to be imposed if dishes aren’t washed prior to departure, left me gathering my jaw from the floor, but I duly complied. Quite noisy overhead so would advise requesting top floor or bring earplugs. Great shower and nice toiletries. I would definitely recommend. Really welcoming staff and nice lollipops 😃"
