"The first thing walking through the door we were greeted with a smile and were helped right away. They accommodated our special request and when we needed extra blankets they delivered right away. My kids loved the pool and had a blast playing in it while me and the hubby enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and they changed it a bit the two days we were there it wasnt the same exact thing every day."

"The hotel is nice and clean. Our only issue was we arrived at 230 p m approximately 30 minutes before official check in. Upon arrival, there were four people outside the front door smoking in hotel uniform. We went inside and were informed that our room was not ready. So we asked, how much longer. The front desk used her radio to ask how long it would be? One of the individuals from outside smoking came inside and said, 30 minutes. She then went back outside and joined the group. We said, okay, and decided to go get something to eat.We were gone until 4p m. an hour and a half later, and when we returned, there was two people outside smoking in hotel uniforms. This is now well past normal check-In time yet we were again informed that our room was still not ready. The front desk was very kind and apologized, and luckily was able to find a room that was ready to switch us to, as we were going up the elevator we noticed the individuals, still cleaning our floor and it was the same group that was previously outside smoking. I understand that people need breaks. However, you were 30 minutes before check-in time and you chose to go outside and take a break 5 feet from the main entrance, rather than have your hotel prepared for the new guests. The room was nice, comfortable and we have never had issues until now. "

"The room was quite nice for the price and the breakfast was loaded with options and was well attended by the staff. However the most notable part of the stay was the friendliness of the person who checked us in. We had a problem with our TV and he responded immediately and solved the problem. I would definitely stay here again. "
