"Parking was convenient the room was convenient and the coffee of course It’s not a newer building, but it was kept nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind"

"The room was cleaned and the staffs were nice. The shower head could use a little cleaning or replacement, which I forgot to mention to the staffs before I left . Other than that we had a wonderful stay."

"Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future."

"The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite"

"The property is being renovated and we were lucky enough to get into the newly renovated room. However, I looked specifically for a property with a pool and not until I checked in was I informed that the pool was under construction. My brother and his wife also stayed but left due to the pool issue. Also we inquired about checking in a little early and were told we would have to pay the equivalent of a half days stay. Absolutely no mention of a discount for the non working amenities and the...

"Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved"

"We stayed at this property with our dogs while having some work done on our house. It was clean, convenient, and had a great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."

"Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable."

"I booked a suite with 2 king beds for the weekend...and it was over booked...my room wasn't available...so instead of my family being in a room with 2 beds....they gave us 2 single bed rooms....which meant my family was split up...we had an event to attend . .so we were forced to stay...and be seperated....of course it sucked..."
