I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities. They have the best shower I ever used.

Staff at the property were amazing. Although everyone was great Elya was the highlight of the property. She was so friendly, helpful, delightful, and so nice to my son. We have stayed here many times and the amenities and service are top notch. Shout out for both Mohammad’s at lower pool bar. Excellent servers! Chalil is an outstanding bar tender and enjoy knowing he is their upon our return. Also, Hassan and Maher at upper bar. Marcel at front desk. Added to our wedding’s magical experience

The stay at Kempinski was nothing short of amazing; we chose this hotel as the wedding night + day stay for our wedding in Lebanon and we were extremely happy with our choice. The staff were super helpful from checkin time, to room service, to laundry service, all the way until check out. During the day we utilized the pool at Kempinski which was a lot of fun, the food at the pool was a real treat after the wedding night AND the team were kind enough to help us stay for a late check-out to catch our flight later. All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future, not only is the standard and service high but I also prefer the area it is located in within Beirut over the other crowded areas, it’s super close to the center (Beirut is pretty compact) so there’s no trade off.
