"Beautiful clean room. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants and beach. Staff were friendly and pools were nice. Only complaint was main bed was a little firm for our liking."

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."
