"There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking"
