"It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"If you are travelling with a car, beware. Parking is not included. You take pot luck on the busy streets - not an option when we visited or park in the sports centre 5 minutes away. We were told by the owner that we could park near the entrance to the nearby station. After 2 nights our car was towed and we had to pay 230 euros to retrieve it from the pound. Also the apartment was very damp and poorly ventilated and mould was forming after 2 days. Initially it looked like a nice, accessible...

"As much as possible, stay away from rooms fronting Calle Rodriguez Arias as youth gangs congregate there starting at 11pm and staying till 6am. They get so loud with all their shouting and loud talking that it will ruin your sleep. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."
