"We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...

"The hotel is conveniently located just a few walks away from a metro station (Hansaring station). The hotel is old and the rooms need a little bit of renovation but over-all it was okay. The hotel offers breakfast buffet for an additional 12 euros."

"Staff was attentive, and the continental breakfast was beautiful. My only gripe was no USB charging in the room, and I did not have a German plug adapter. Very efficient, no lift, and about a ten minute walk from the train station."
