"Terrible "

"So this stay was disappointing. I paid about $500 for a suite, which I somehow assumed would have a bath and balcony. No bath. No balcony. What a waste of money! We're supposed to be staying on our way back too. Not sure how to make that less of a disaster. They shouldn't even have "suites" if they don't come with a bath and a balcony. And the decor could best be described as bland. I'm currently staying at a Holiday Inn Express and I kid you not, the decor is better. And then there's "The Clubhouse" which you get with a suite. Comes with pretty good sugar cookies, granola bars, a few sodas, and coffee or tea. How "luxurious" LOL. And the breakfast also left something to be desired. They need a whole lot more fresh fruit. More variety of snack options. More choices for breakfast. All in all everything was just very sad and lacking. I feel like I was duped into paying a whole bunch of money for something that was sub par. May have to change return reservations. "

"Walls are thin and we could hear man in next room coughing. We were on the first floor and it sounded like someone was running track upstairs. If you stay here get the top floor."

"Parking was easy. Not impressed with casino staff. No friendly greeting when getting a card and no explanation of current promotions. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom was tired and shower definitely in need of upgrade"

"The pool was closed, I called the day before and I was told it was opened. The room was clean but it had smell of old carpet or upholstery. "

"Pool and hot tub are nice but that's about it. This used to be my go to but it is very shabby."
