"as of this writing, this hotel is about as close to brand new as you can get. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is in brand new condition. One nitpicky, stupid gripe, it was quite obvious the eggs were powdered, or if they weren’t powdered, they certainly didn’t come out of a chicken"

"We totally enjoyed our stay at extended stay 3131presidential dr. Dayton ohio. the room was very clean and big. with two queen size beds with a sofa, and two chairs, a good table to eat on. a good working kitchen. we would stay there again. the staff were very helpful, and friendly."
