" Faded Victorian excellence trying to satisfy today's tourists and not quite managing it (building is over 190 years old). Our double room was more like a single room. Buffet breakfasts Ok, dinners no more than average. Car parking difficult!"

"Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Seaview Cottage. The property is in a great location (beautiful views) & has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. Super comfy bed, great shower & a well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from the owners via a handy app giving you all you need to know about the property & surrounding area, so much easier than a 'welcome book'. We enjoyed it so much we're just deciding when to book for next year 😅"

"Room adequate however curtains falling off, door didn't shut unless you locked it, bath seal not on bath so floor very wet after shower, extractor needs attention it made hell of a noise, sink usable but cracked. Room half painted. Stairs to the basement dangerous as a boxing in comes over to far on the bend so you can only use the thinner part of the steps."

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno. "

"Cottage was gorgeous inside. Really great layout and lovely decoration. Great bifold doors, bathroom, beds very comfortable. Slight issue as parking is NOT included- have contacted Expedia/ Sykes cottages and the owner to get this changed. In the end we found we bought a couple hours at 8am and were out by 10 and not back til after 8pm so it was about £1.70 each day by PayByPhone. We had a brilliant stay in Anglesey and can’t wait to return-this was a brilliant base."

"Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again"

"The lady that helped me at breakfast was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Gave advice at what was on offer for me who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The breakfast was amazing, the best I've had. "
