"We were welcomed and place was very clean. Area around was clean and well maintained. The area was very safe and quiet. We had a great stay well worth the money. Must visit the island, fish amp and the state park and beach. Well worth the ride to the park. River front park was outstanding. The area around the property was clean and felt very safe throughout the downtown area. Blacksone cafe is a must to visit for breakfast before 8 am"

"The shower dripped the room smelt like mildew and had a water damage spot around fire sprinkler refrigerator was barely cold pool was freezing and whrilpool was barely as warm as a baby's bath but the desk staff were wonderful very helpful always greeted us with a smile she was the best part of your hotel also no ice in hotel "

"I loved everything about the property, including the big windows and views of all the waterways! I can’t wait to see the hotel when the construction is done! We’ll definitely be back. One exception… We woke up to two nearly dead roaches in the bathroom. We tried to catch them, but they went under the beds. My husband did tell the front desk clerk"
