"The hotel is close to the airport and the city of McKinleyville. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is okay. I enjoy their freshly brewed coffee. The premade breakfast burritos and egg sausage sandwiches are satisfactory. Overall, the property is well maintained and very clean. Our flight from Tucson to Seattle was delayed by several hours. We lost our first night stay at the hotel, which had been paid in advanced. And our first day for our rental car as well. I asked for a refund but...

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hope you’re not there cause you want the breakfast. Food was absolutely atrocious gray meat have cooked potatoes. The hotel itself isn’t bad but their breakfast is one of the worst I’ve ever seen."

"Fridge was broken. No staff in the lobby just a teleprompter with a webcam. Shady ass people that live there on site and let dogs run around without a leash or collar. Sketchy area. Room was dirty and towels were stained. Not safe at night people loitering around."

"The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The property is dated but well maintained. My only issue was due to being a woman traveler, the doors to the room wings do not close all the way and were not locked, so anyone off the street can wander in."

"It is a neat hotel with character. It is clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely some negatives: The breakfast was pitiful. I was forced to go out for breakfast. There is no dedicated parking and since the hotel is located in the middle of a tourist town, finding street parking was not easy. I had to park several blocks from the hotel. There were often homeless people congregating on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I would have to walk around them...

"The Eureka Inn has a lot of history, beautiful lobby with fireplace, rooms are clean and nice. It could have a bar and a restaurant but that has been closed since Covid. Staff is one person on the front desk , it has potential, but it seems there is just not enough customers to support it."

The property shares a larger lot with a nicer campground part of the same organization. Quiet and peaceful overall. "Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast.There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that...
