"It was very clean and they served good breakfast with to go bags that I never seen in another hotel the only problem our room was close to ice machine that we had problems with that."

"Dirty room with stains on the blanket.. place was warn out, floor in hallway was bubbled up, there was only one entrance from the parking lot and our room was as far away as possible! Breakfast consisted of toast, waffles and cold cereal.. we won’t stay there again."

"I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. The Ice machine worked great and the shower was hot and had lot’s of water pressure. There is a Steakhouse and bar right next door that had great food. The minor issues that you might have...

"This property overall was very good. The room was a bit stuffy when we first got in. We left the windows opened and ran the AC for a while and it improved. All else was very good. It is definitely a great stay. We slept well."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room included 2 glasses of wine, The bartender made some great Mocktails for us as we do not drink alcohol, which was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and gave good suggestions for dinner within walking distance, The location is not in the heart of the city but by the marina. There were a few homeless people in the area. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and we had a choice of extra hot dishes made to order. Very nice."

"We were passing through Eureka on our way to the Avenue of the Giants in the Redwood National and State Parks. We did not expect the Clarion hotel in this small city to rival a 5 stars hotel of a major city. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. "Worst hotel stay I've ever had. The noise, foot traffic, and amount of weird people allowed to hang out there was terrible. The guy next door kept harassing us, knocking on our door and yelling at us to give him things like a phone charger or cigarettes. Every time I went to my car he came out asking for stuff so I basically shut myself and my kids in the room because it didn't feel safe. Nothing was done about him. Someone violently shook my doorknob around midnight, too. The people upstairs...

"Loved the suite we rented. Having a special needs son and a service dog, as well as a terminally ill husband, it was nice to have separate rooms in the hotel room space. It gave my son time to decompress and my husband a spot to get plenty of rest. The staff was also kind when I requested another set of clean bedding almost at midnight. The room was clean and area was quiet. We will definitely stay here again."
