"We were very pleased with our experience here. Room was super clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The mini fridge was much needed for storing milk as we were traveling with an 8 month old. We forgot the sheet for our pack and play and the staff was helpful in providing us with one. The black out curtains were very effective and helped get baby ready for his nap. Breakfast was solid. We had lots and bags and baby things resulting in my husband making multiple trips between lobby and...

"all good"

"No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be. Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would ."

"It was a decent place to stay. I’m a light sleeper, and there wasn’t a lot of outside noise (Sat-Sunday). Good natural light in the morning from the windows. My guest said the pillows were comfortable. I always bring my own pillow."

"We love staying at this hotel every fall. It is in an easy access location with plenty of parking and very clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. We’ll be back!!"

"outside view,cleanness,large space"

"When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously very old motel that had few updates and paint covered up structural and cosmetic problems. Our room smelled awful. Sleep surface linens and bath towels were clean, however bed skirt had dust/… and had not been washed. Mattress was very very hard and uncomfortable. Very obvious the supporting hotel chain was just looking for profit, the staff had little to work with. You had to pay for WiFi, no public television stations, early or late check in/out cost...

"My husband and I had high hopes for this B&B based on reports on the web. But we realized on arriving that the innkeeper(s) were no where in sight and when I had a question about the TV and called and left my phone number, no one called back. In addition, there was no common room like most B&Bs so if my husband wanted to go to bed early, I had no where to go. Breakfast was brought to the room the day before and if you didn't want to eat what they brought, breakfast stopped arriving. All the...

"Old building. Shower wasn’t cleaned. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. A bar handing above bureau to hang clothes. Paper thin walls. Why would you rate this excellent?"
