"Good location right off the freeway. But staff was slower than snails. I stood in line for 25 minutes trying to get checked in. The rooms were ok, but the pillows were really bad. And the room had maybe 6 pillows, but every one of them was a clone of the other. Hard and stiff. Gave me a very poor sleep."

"Arrived 2 hrs early but he let me in the room. Nice room. A/C already on. Bathroom was nice, separate sink/vanity outside shower/toilet. Bathroom tiles on floor, walls need to be deep cleaned. They are really dirty. Some of the floor molding is cut and sticking out. Nowhere to walk a dog. All rocks, dog poop and very tall weeds. Advertised a pool and hot tub. Nope. Pool is empty with 6 ft of weeds in it. The patio area has a dirty mattress, weeds through the cement and misc garbage thrown in. The hot tub is empty but for some standing water in the bottom. This place needs alot of TLC. It would be worth the money and time. It could be a great place!"

"Our customer service - desk clerk was literally THE BEST. We were exhausted- our vacation was in shambles and we rolled in after midnight and she was like an actual God-send. It was actually like the commercials... THEN SHE MADE THE BREAKFAST!!!! And it was amazing! This might be my best customer service hotel experience ever."
