"Air conditioner in our room didn't work, room was over 80* after 3 hours running the air. No other rooms were made available, so we didn't stay. No manager or maintenance support were available, night desk clerks hands were tied based on policies. Poor management policies in my opinion. Will not reserve there again. Horrible experience."

"The property was a few miles out of the heart of Logan and about 15 mins to Utah State. The place was moderately clean and staff was fine (not great/not bad). The room was clean (3/5), the bed was comfortable and clean (4/5). This hotel is lower cost, so don’t expect Hilton or Marriot quality. We had a few issues, the shower head was broken, so we could only use the blasting 4 stream nozzle. Our room was next to a side door entrance where people were coming and going through the night and the walls in this hotel are Very Thin making it so we could the door slamming like it was our own room door making it hard to get to sleep. Overall, I’ll pay more for a better quality hotel the next time around and would not stay here again."
