"There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay. Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither...

"I accidentally booked incorrect hotel so cancelled on first day arrival. This review is for Expedia. They are awful to work with. Never book through 3rd party - always through hotel direct. I have confirmation email of cancellation fee according to their policy. However received email they are not honoring that and charging me the full amount. I am livid and will dispute this charge with credit card company. Expensive lesson. Lesson learned."
