"This place has really changed over the last few years. I used to love it. Not as friendly. Definitely not as clean. And there are hackers. DONT do any computer work there. I’ve been hacked twice while staying. Won’t stay there anymore "

"Parking had no cameras for security. There were alot of "people" out and about the property through out the night. I am older and get up to use the restroom quit often and look out the window to check on my vehicle. 1rst the camode didn’t work so I moved rooms 2nd room fridge did not work. Floor was very sticky. After 5 no one was there to swap out a fridge. Desk persons solution was for me to go to another motel. He did offer refund. I was there for 2 nights. NO ONE CAME TO CHECK ON FRIDGE. 9ver all not good service. 😐 I do not recommend staying there."

"Was debating between giving it a 2 star or a 3 star but had to give it a two. It wasn't all that clean. The tub was dirty, there was stuff on the shower curtain, hair all around in the floor and one long one in the towel, there was a big hole punched into the wall in the bathroom and there was no vent fan so every-time you take a shower the entire hotel room gets “moist.” The TV disconnected the last day we were there for some reason. Also, THERE IS NO MICROWAVE! Usually a deal breaker for me, but if you’re thinking to use the mini fridge and then warm something up some leftovers, you can’t. One of the beds was slanted which made sleeping a bit difficult. The rooms are totally not sound proof as we could hear our neighbors’ nighttime activities. I will say however that they have live music all weekend at the bar there and you can’t hear it from the room unless you open the window. They have a little “store” for basic goods, but the hours weren’t reliable. Went there after 9am on a Monday and the doors were locked and no one was in the office either though someone was seen walking around the side of the building, but not sure if this was a staff person or not. All in all, I gave this a 2 star because it is historic and you can stay here without high expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again though. Might come by in the future to eat at the diner and check out the Brook Room if it, the pool, and the mermaid room ever finish getting renovated to check them out too."

"We have stayed at Bay Landing multiple times and always book a room there when attending a Giants Baseball game. We catch the CalTrain nearby and relax. This hotel is quiet (you would never think you’re next to an airport), clean, has spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and available views of the water. I appreciate real coffee cups and real glass for drinking water. We have enjoyed a lovely real breakfast with delicious omelettes, muffins, or waffles. Microwave and refrigerators are handy to have. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the friendly staff!"

"Rooms are very clean & spacious. This is our 2nd time staying here and look forward to planning our next stay. Sitting around the fire pits at night is always a way to end the night. Having breakfast included is always a plus!"
