"The hotel was quite disappointing for the price. The pool temperature was advertised to be in the 80s, but it was actually only in the 70s, making the water feel freezing! When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they brushed me off. Additionally, the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service. We requested a late checkout, but our request was not honored. Will not be going back."

The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. "Hosts were outstanding on check in. I arrived later in evening around 7:30 pm and they were friendly and receptive and recommended dining options. Even walked me down to the cabin to show the way in the dark. Room was immaculate and beautifully done and very comfortable. Would stay here anytime when within the area. Good location and convenient to attractions, dining, and all basic staples."

"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."

"The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted."

"There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...
