"Not a bad place for the price. It's a hotel with no human interaction. Everything is communicated through text and codes are used to get around. They have bottles for water and a refilling station for water and ice. Paid parking on site/ across the street, as well as free parking lots nearby.
The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and you can stream movies. I loved that the tv could rotate to fave the bed or couch. Both of which were very comfortable.

"Clean, stylish room and a nicely updated property. We only had the chance to check out the pool house, but the space was perfect for hanging out and the staff was so friendly. The only negatives were some of the fixtures in the bathroom of our room were not fully secure to the wall and the water runs out of the shower. But, it was affordable & close to all the places we love in North Charleston so we would stay again!"

"My room was so dirty the first night that my feet were black from walking from the shower to my bag three steps away. The front desk staff Sunday- Thursday were so incredibly rude. "The hotel itself was beautiful.
The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago.
You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service.
There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"This hotel looks brand new, very modern with lots of innovation that I’ve not seen in other hotels. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. The room was sparkling clean and well appointed. "The breakfast was good. Choice of eggs sausage or waffle. Cereal was limited and they did have bagels with cream cheese. No assortment of jelly. It was Grape or Grape.
