"Great location on the way to Algonquin. Family run and the hosts are very attentive. My son and I had a great Father’s Day here exploring the area, and there’s even a beautiful trail behind the hotel with a scenic river. The rooms are comfy and beds are well-kept and clean. Will be coming back here in the future with other family members."

"Resort was nice. We have been going to this resort for 25 years and owned a condo for years here. It is unfortunate that under the new ownership the prices in the lobby restaurant have gone crazy. 159 dollars for a steak dinner???? I am not sure who pays this. Although they used to be a bit more expensive than other resorts around, the dinning prices will be a reason that we will go elsewhere."

"The owners were lovely and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our clean, spacious room and loved being able to use the fire pit. We were pleasantly surprised at a last minute room upgrade. We would happily stay here again!"

"Negative Punkte, persönlich keine Weiterempfehlung! Wir hatten eine Hütte für drei Nächte gebucht. Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen. Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen, der See direkt...

"Property was very well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Location was ideal since it is literally right off the highway and across the street from restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We didn't bother with the free breakfast since it was very crowded and not enough spots to sit. Would definitely stay there again."

"Booked one night stay to attend a celebration of life in Algonquin Park. The room served its purpose. The building is rustic with a lot of potential. Lakeside had a great view of Oxtongue Lake. Water was clear. Amenities available for gathering as a group and BBQ's also available. Would recommend."

"Curtain half off hooks, toilet paper holder not there so roll just sitting there unsanitary, ice machine broken, pop machine broken. Big thing is not even a coffee machine in room all guest were upset about that. Only good thing was beds were comfortable. Another guest said they would never stay there again. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Though we go there not pick time hotel was not that busy . So parking was available .,room was clean .Kris was vey friendly and helpful to us . Everything was good for us ."
