Hotel Dekat pantai berhampiran Sahl Hasheesh

"Place was amazing. Stuff was amazing very much very very clean."

"The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing....

"Great hotel and very nice staff special thanks to the general manager Mr Mansour who helped us with a lot of stuff and even things he didn’t need help with. The staff was very accommodating and helped with everything they could both hotel stuff and outside stuff. The rooms were clean and nice with an amazing view. The beach is a couple of minutes away but there is a car available that takes you all the time. Amazing pool and beach."

"The Hotel is Excellent Starting from Mr Sameh Abbas in the Reception I received the room at 10 am The room is very good Staff in Restaurants is not friendly But anyway except that Everything is going well"

"We didn't get to spend much time here, but the resort was lovely and clean. Felt very safe! Enjoyed the convenience of the cafe, restaurants and spa. Staff was great all around!"

"Nice small adults only hotel, attentive friendly staff, good food selection, and good location. This was are first visit to this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it,all the staff friendly and efficient, with a high number of returning guests."

"The hotel and staff are excellent. Everything there is super nice. The only problem we had is serving times. If you have early activities breakfast doesn't start until 7 so we only had 30m to eat before dives and then we had a couple times where we got back in between serving times so we couldn't eat for 30-60m which isn't long but when you've been out all day and the only option is room service. They should have something open all day. And when food closes they take everything quickly even the...

"Personal"

"Great hospitality and local"

"Excellent property that fits families as well as couples. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Swimming pools and beach were excellent. I’d come back."

"I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la...
