"Breakfast was great. Tina at the front desk helped us with everything. Unfortunately there were many mosquitoes in the room. Cleaners opened the windows when they cleaned and More mosquitoes came in. Tina offered us insect repellent. She is a treasure"

"Lovely location, staff friendly and helpful, parking lot short walk away, no breakfast but restaurant next door (Kings Caffe) was wonderful. Only negative, no plug near mirror. Super convenient to "old town" area and waterfront. "

"New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!!"

"I was not able to even stay because the check-in was office and I wasn’t able to get my room combination. I had called them multiple times and texted ahead of time saying that I was going to be checking in later in the evening then proceeded to come back the next day in the morning and the checkin office was still close. I had no choice but to find a hotel that would accept me because I had all my travel baggage"

"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Property is very clean and well maintained. Host was great to deal with and very helpful. Its in a walking only area but parking wasnt too far and very convenient. "
