"The property is newly renovated and very well maintained. It is quiet and very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would book again when I’m in the area. The photos are accurate to the way the rooms look in person."

"Good location and the room size was great. Decent breakfast was available and the staff for breakfast was pleasant and helpful. The room wasn’t well cleaned between guests as we found items in the room left by prior guests and they didn’t restock regular coffee or hand soap before we got there. Rooms weren’t well insulated from sound and we heard people in the room above us shouting and loud thuds from their room all night."

"I didn’t interact with the staff. My husband checked us in. Only staff I saw whole experience was cleaning person. Very nice room. Breakfast looked good, but didn’t eat. Ample parking"

"The menu for breakfast was good, but could of had eggs or some sort of protein. The beds and shower was really nice in the room. The room was very clean as well! The hot tub was very nice as well and very warm."

"When I checked in the staff was great! The room was stale and flooring was dirty. Bathroom sink was leaking and the toilet was running all night. Breakfast was very slim pickings and no fruit was out the first morning. When I asked for additional towels the bald dark man was annoyed that I was asking for more towels, he asked what happened to the towels in the room. I used them... I think this hotel could use a lot of renovations. The picture was not my room. "

"Nice place, but the bathrooms are really, really small. And the blankets are closer to thick sheets than anything. For the price, it was worth it. There is also very limited parking spaces. Not sure if it was because we were in the off season for the Dells, but breakfast is only available during the weekends, so I had to go elsewhere to eat in the morning."
