"This is my go to place when in the Irvine Lake Forest area. Love the pool and the basketball courts and the rooms are always very clean. Front desk staff is happy and kind and helpful when something was forgotten in the room. Will always choose this Staybridge when in the area."

"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."

"Clean, compact rooms with all of the amenities. Surprise parking fee of $7 per night in an ample lot in a semi suburban setting so it seems like a money grab. Otherwise no objections."

"The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. "The hotel didn’t offer a properly breakfast. The fitness room wasn’t clean enough. Every third day, the staff clean up the rooms. There is no Coffee Station! The carpet seems to be not clean at all! The bathroom smells awful, we bought a spray to keep a better smell! I didn’t like the hotel at all, it is way too expensive for the price, we have paid."
