"brand new hotel kept in light wood tones, sporting spacious rooms with balchonies and a lovely outdoor restaurant facing the sun and marina. The breakfast was above what you would expect from an international hotel chain. There is no beach club but a public beach (or rather: pier) 100 m away, with a few (probably too few in hight season) sun beds. "Un hôtel charmant avec accès à la plage. Des chambres de grand standing. Les extérieurs sont magnifiquement aménagés et l'accueil est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est juste excellent. Tout était parfait."

"Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades."

"Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future. "

"Guesthouse excelente, muito aconchegante, no coração de Zadar. Nina, a funcionária, nos recebeu muito bem. Cafe da manhã servido em uma cafeteria muito próxima. Indico sem sombras de dúvidas. Não há elevador, caso o hóspede tenha problemas de mobilidade."

"The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay, the communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, they were flexible to leave our luggage nearby. The check-in and code system to get the keys worked perfectly, no issues at all. The only downside was this is a bit far away from the historic centre, 20-30 min walking, but we were aware of the location when we booked, also because it is very close to the bus station which was convenient to us. Zadar is mostly flat...

"Our room was located just off a main square in the old town. It was clean and well furnished. The bathroom came was large included a washing machine and drying rack! Upon arrival We discovered an electrical issue which was quickly resolved by our host. The temperature was in the low 80’s F/ 22 C so we really appreciated the air conditioning."
