"All the staff was helpful and polite. Hotel is in need of updates in places. You can see where they updated and not. Our room faced the street on the 4th and was very noisy when the balcony door was open. No water bottle filling stations or easy access to filtered water on the property. Easy to get to beach from the main hotel. About 45 min from PBI "

"Traveler Beware! there was two separate charges on my credit card for a one night stay which was well above the advertised price. I messaged for clarification of the the two charges which was ignored. "

"Overall, our stay was very good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the TV did not have access to apps like YouTube or Netflix, which made it a bit difficult to keep the kids entertained. This would be a great improvement for families."
