"Amazing experience right outside of the Redwood Forrest park. You literally get to sleep surrounded by Redwoods! The town of Trinidad was beautiful less than a mile away and full of little restaurants and shops. The sunset on the coast was a must see and something we will never forget "

For people with no kids it would be perfectly fine… But the property did have tons of cameras and felt secure, and I never saw homeless people come onto property, but only stayed one night. Beautiful view of the Carson Mansion directly across the street on a quiet residential cul de sac with some view of the water. Plenty of toiletry supplies in bathroom and a full kitchen with coffee/ tea bar...
