I enjoyed my stay here in lovely Bayreuth.

The apartment is one of several in an old residential building. It is stylishly redecorated with no expense spared & in immaculate condition. The location is a pleasant street with a good bus service into the town centre. The taxi fare from the railway station is about 9 euros. The apartment is quite close to Wagner’s villa & some nice cafes in Richard Wagner Strasse. My apartment was 2 floors up but no elevator. Extremely kind & attentive owner couple.

Don´t expect a front lobby. You will receive a key code via SMS to enter the building and your room on the two top most floors of an old building. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. If you need anything, there is a number to call and you will receive a very friendly and helpful service. We would go there again.

hallo, tolle Unterkunft , tolle Kaffeebar, nette Gastgeber NUR ... keine beleuchtete Hausnummer, nur die Tankstelle, 25 mdaneben, weiß das es ein Bettenhaus ist, wir sind im dunklen angekommen und haben mit Hilfe der örtl. Bewohner 30 min gebraucht und nicht gefunden, dann hätten wir angerufen, Tip: Tankstelle, alles ok

Modern aber umständlich

Man fährt erstmal vorbei am Haus, da kein Hinweis auf Appartements sichtbar sind. Alles läuft elektronisch, Eingangscodes für Haus- und Zimmertür, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gilt auch für die Lichtsteuerung im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Für mehrere Nächte sinnvoll zu nutzen, da man sich Frühstück machen kann, denn es wird keins angeboten. Nebenan ist eine Tankstelle, wo man Hörnchen kaufen kann, was nicht so mein Ding ist. Zum Bezahlen muss man anrufen und Termin vereinbaren, wobei die Inhaber im Haus wohnen. Auch das Parken ist nicht so einfach, da die Plätze an der Straße alle voll waren. Mit 2 Koffern durch den Regen und dann ohne Aufzug in den zweiten Stock war lästig.
