"The room was clean, comfortable, and the lovely hostess was very welcoming. This hotel is on the side of a hill which is icy in the winter. There are also many stairs, so this hotel would not be a good choice for those with mobility issues. The view from the window was incredible, like a storybook."

We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance.
