Hotel Dekat Bayou Theater

"The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again."

"It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Opus was great. The only thing that was annoying were the doors to the rooms were not soft closing so heard alot of banging shut. We had an awesome balcony that overlooked the harbor. It was a rainy day but nice to be able to sit out there."

"We were placed in an accessible room that had a connecting door and the neighbors were really loud. We did not book an accessible room, but we were placed in one anyway."

"There were worn out sheets and pillows on our bed. The curtains had stains on them. There was hair in our shower and the floor of the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door appeared to not have been cleaned. There was high level of dust on the nook area of the bedside table where the cords are. The cords on the floor had high level of dust. The note pad appeared to be wet at some point then allowed to dry and placed back on the bedside table. There was not any body wash. It was two shampoos and one...

"AMAZING!! Prices in market were reasonable and convenient, everyone was so friendly! The lounge area had games for younger kids. The rooms are smart rooms, so if you have the Hilton app you can open your room and even control the tv. Our family had lots of fun! First time staying for our annual beach trip, we will come back next year!"

"Alex at the front desk was very kind when I checked in. My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast on the morning as well. I'll be staying here again."

"Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the pool, clean and warm to swim in. Every evening had a beer at the Cosmic Tap. Mall and restaurants close. Stayed for World Cup. Breakfast had a good variety to eat. Would stay again."
