A Design Dream
Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly.

Great place to stay in Bayonne.
The only thing wrong with my stay was the weather. The hotel is perfectly situated, and has a lovely and welcoming staff.

En cuanto a la ropa de cama: puede ser extraño, es cierto. Se trata de lino arrugado, un material muy específico que no requiere planchado. Sin embargo, este está muy limpio y tratado. Me sorprende un poco su comentario sobre la persona encargada del desayuno. No estamos acostumbrados a tener un mensaje así, así que consultaré con el equipo para averiguar qué sucedió. Una vez más, lamento que su estancia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Todavía espero tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida de nuevo. Atentamente,

Good Hotel with excellent 24h services and "the Club" buffet access, but I think it's designed for business only, not leisure, with a maximum of 2-3 nights stay due to room configuration. Positive: Nice and stylish hotel.Very comfortable beds. Great club perks(drinks and snacks). 10-15 min walk to the city center. Great view from the dining/ club area. Negative: It's pretty noisy, being next to a very busy roundabout (although I stayed on the 6th floor you could hear the traffic with the window closed). Good room size, but the fancy design makes it not that practical. Breakfast it's very modest with new COVID measures.

Great hotel in Bayonne
Really cool looking modern room with a very comfortable bed and a coffee maker. I love the Club concept of Okko Hotels, you always find some snacks free at the Club, and at the evening you get a free drink with tapas

Very beautiful. Modern rooms, great comfy bed. Exceptional town on a river. Views I expected in Paris, not southern France. Close to the mountain train to Saint Jean for the Camino. I wasn’t expecting such a nice modern facility but the comfort level is very high. I enjoyed it a great deal.

Perfect for a stopover
We stayed here for a night whilst on a road trip from Spain to France. Couldn’t have asked for a better stopover hotel experience. Breakfast was awesome. Be sure to book your parking space well in advance - as their parking was full by the time we arrived - therefore we had to park on the street.

Great hotel!
Great location -- away from the main square, but only about a 10-15 minute walk, and really easy access to buses that went everywhere. Quiet, clean, and really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and helpful.

Good boutique hotel, but road work around
Really nice inside, good staff, club room with food and drinks is superb. the view is pleasant. Rooms are a bit small overall, but nicely setup. Once issue is that there is road work around the town center / by the hotel, so hard for any GPS to arrive easily / and park around. Not a huge issue but I would have expected to be told before / or at the time of booking. It should get finalized soon as I understand

The hotel is well located for access to Bayonne just a short walk to the old town. Breakfast had a good selection The evening snack is a great innovation

Stayed here with my husband for three nights. Lovely staff very helpful very friendly Great breakfast and even an evening aperitif thrown in . Room very so very clean .bathroom seemed a little cramped but not a problem.We will definitely return 😚
