"Arrived in the middle of the night but the staff left us the instructions to get into our room. Very clean and great location!"

"The room was nice and receptionist at check-in was friendly enough. On Sunday though, the young woman at the desk, was pretty unhelpful. The pool was closed due to a chemical problem. She said she would check levels "in a few minutes" to see if they could open. I asked her to please let me know (my room was in the hallway between the pool and her desk). She didn't. After 30 minutes I went to ask her again and she said we could use the pool, but not the hottub. I asked her if it was ok if we checked out a bit late since we had waited to swim. She looked at me blankly and just said "check-out is at 11". "

"The resort was being renovated at the time, portable heaters in the rooms, restaurant was vacant, and since you asked, the breakfast was extremely underwhelming, bagels and store bought pastries. The coffee and juice were nice and fresh and that was good. The shuttle for Stowe stopped right out in front."

"The staff and the amenities were amazing. We were in the loft rooms which were clean but need an update. Other rooms were renovated and were great. Suggest for the loft rooms that can sleep 6 people that when you reno that perhaps you do a full bathroom plus a half bath with just toilet/sink. There is definitely room for that in the one we stayed in."
