Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but...

The cleaning crew puts the latch in the door and goes in and out several times letting the door bang on the latch, that got so irritating every day.
