The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm. The breakfast had the best home fries!"

"Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken. We moved to a different room. The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once.
