"It was a pleasure to stay at a hotel which is excellently maintained. Art, craftsmanship and traditional culture add to the experience. From the front desk, to the dining rooms, and even the fitness center the staff was attentive. Plus the laundry service was excellent."

Conveniently located next to the airport, a very helpful and friendly staff, surprisingly tasty food, which was clearly cooked with care and attention because of certain details, very good price. Could be a bit cleaner in some ways, but what is usually expected for a hotel of this price in a city in India. My room had a large window, which was nice, but I looked into another room and it looked a bit better or newer. The refrigerator in the room was good, clean (no mildew smell), and kept my drinks cold. There was hot water in the shower. The only thing I didn't like is that there were a few female hairs in my bed, which can happen from long-haired housekeepers. it did not look like the bed was used, however. One thing I didn't like was that another guest came right into my room as if it was an extra room to be used randomly, but I can't blame that on the hotel, I guess. I was pleased with my stay, and it was a very good price. The desk manager, (Sunil or Sunit?) seems like a good guy. I may stay here, again."
