"Everything was great, convenient location, parking, wonderful staff, everyone was friendly, the rooms were cozy, but the bathtub had a crack in the bottom and was covered with adhesive film. Taking a bath was uncomfortable, it felt like you could push your foot through the film and fall in if you didn't pay attention. Everything was just great! I hope you replace the bathtub!"

"It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation."

"The Black Sea was visible between other high-rise buildings, so it wasn't the best view, but it was fine. It was a very nice new room though and very close to a mall. Plus it was close to the airport. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was amazingly good."
