Will not stay there again
I recently reserved a suite, but unfortunately, my experience there was rather disappointing. The lighting in the room was constantly flickering throughout my stay, creating a bothersome environment. I also encountered persistent issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Upon reporting this problem, the technical team advised me to alternate between their two Wi-Fi networks. Regrettably, this solution was ineffective and did not resolve the connectivity issues. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bathroom was unsatisfactory. It appeared to have been neglected for a while and was in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning. Overall, the condition of the suite fell short of my expectations and the standards one would anticipate for such accommodation

Good place to stay with great service.
Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay at JRW Welmond Hotel. We did receive an upgrade from mountain to sea view (actually it is a port view,you can see the pic from 10th floor) and a bottle of Georgian wine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the cleaning lady, she was always so smiling and nice! The room was spacious, everything you needed was there. The buffet breakfast was tasty, you have a vast variety of ingredients/fruits/sweets etc, but we missed salsichas/bacon/meat. Also we tried the restaurant menu at night, it was ok but nothing special in my opinion. During our stay the swimming pool/sauna was almost empty everyday, so we could really enjoy it. It is worth mentioning the Casino in the hotel- in our book the best in Batumi. I will not put 5 stars because: - During the night sometimes it was too noisy, literally you could hear the others talking - There are NO towels in the pool/sauna, you have to bring your own. Big minus for 5 stars hotel - Overall the hotel was clean, although we found cockroaches in the bathroom during the night

Poor reception, room was not clean, AC was not working in the room, i asked for an iron but they tried to convince me to use their laundry service instead! When i insisted, they brought me one. Location and view is poor

Otel odaları büyük ve konforlu, temizlik çok iyi, personeller ilgili, Restorantı kahvaltıda çok başarılıydı. Casino su düşünenler için gayet büyük. Sahil hattında olduğu için, teleferiğe yakın, piazza, Avrupa Meydanı, Alfabe Kule, Dönme Dolap, Ali Nino hepsi yürüme mesafesinde.

Otel limana yakin merkezi bir konumda, odalari gayet büyük ve konforlu. Odalarda klima kontrolu musteriye birakilmadigi icin asiri sicak bir odada pencereleri acarak kalmak zorunda kaldik, bu durum olumsuzdu. Ayrica saat 12 de check out yapmamiz gerekiyordu 10 dak. Gec kaldik diye oda kapimizi bloklamislardi, ilk kez karsilastim asiri memnuniyetsizlik yaratti.

Dar guest, Reception did charged you 25$ for extra person, because your reservation was for Single category. children up to 6 y/o is free of charge, from 6 to 12 y/o is 15$ and after 12 y/o is 25$ sorry for your bad experience. hope this answers all of your questions.

Ottima struttura. Casino piccolo, piscina acqua fredda. Spa piuttosto dispersiva. Camere comode e calde. Ben arredate. Peccato per la policy dell hotel che richiede supplemento per gli ospiti in camera. Pessimi i modi del manager on duty notturno e del personale della reception notturna che pretendevano il pagamento immediato in cash anziche aggiungere il costo al conto della camera! Policy non adatta a 5 stelle

Otel konum olarak güzel yürüyerek görülebilecek tüm yerleri rahatlıkla gezebiliyorsunuz. Ancak 16. Kat daki odamız tuvalet kokuyordu ve son derece rahatsız edici bir durum aynı zamanda tuvalet musluğu bozuktu. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otel çalışanları son derece kibar ve güleryüzlüydü.
