Heart of Batumi
Brilliant hotel in the heart of the old town Batumi. Everything you could want, kitchenet, washing machine, microwave ect. Hotel is well kept and staff is really friendly. If going to visit Batumi, I would highly recommend this hotel.

A fantastic hotel....
located perfectly in Batumi. Amazing facilities and a large room including kitchen. It is only a 15 minute walk to get into the heart of the city. The beach is even closer, lots of restaurants and bars are nearby.

Excellent service by reception staff. Clean room. Laundry service is 50 Lari here. A little expensive but it was in-house, so we were ok with it. The clothes didn't dry in time, so they discounted the price and we only had to pay 10 Lari for the laundry service, which was great. They handled it very professionally. Location is close to a lot of good restaurants and museums.

Batumiyə ilk səfərimiz idi. İlk dəfə idi uşaqla səyahət edirdik deyə otel seçimində tərəddüd edirdik. Ancaq oteli seçərkən çox suallarımız olurdu.Soft Otelin əməkdaşı bütün suallarımızı mehribancasına cavablandırdı və həm otelin ətrafı həm Batumi haqqında məni maraqlandlran sualların hamısına dəqiqliklə tez bir zamanda cavab verdi. Səyahətimiz zamanı həm otelin təmizliyi həm xidməti ən çox da yerləşməsindən çox razı qaldıq. Batuminin əsas görməli yerlərinə 3-5 dəqiqə ərzində piyada getmək mümkündür. Otelin düz yaxınlığında market, restoranlar, park. avtobus dayanacağı yerləşir. Otağın təmizliyi və genişliyi bizi razı saldı. baxmayaraqki biz mətbəxsiz otaq seçmişdik ancaq otel işçiləri o dərəcədə mehriban idiki bəzən uşaq üçün yeməyin isidilməsi və hazırlanmasında da köməklik göstərirdilər. Bizim üçün xoş bir səyahət oldu. Bir daha Batumiyə səfər edərsək yenə də Hotel Softda qalacağımıza əminəm.

My room was big, almost a mini apartment, very few kitchen utensils but a very useful washing machine. Extraordinary cleanness, good wifi and quiet. Very cordial and helpful staff. Not in the centre of Batumi but only a few blocks. Useful 31 bus stops at the door going to the city centre and bus and train stations. Very commercial and lively neighbourhood.

Mały, przytulny hotel z domową atmosferą. W korytarzu znajduje się deska do prasowania z żelazkiem. W holu znajduje się niewielka część wypoczynkowa. Dali nam kapcie, a nawet szczoteczki do zębów. Na podwójnym łóżku, jak rozumiem, zwykle dają jeden koc. Ale jeden koc nie był dla nas wystarczający i oczywiście rozwiązali ten problem. Nie zostaliśmy za to obciążeni. W naszym pokoju codziennie uzupełniano zapasy kawy, herbaty, cukru i wody mineralnej. Ich użycie było wliczone w cenę pokoju. Do plaży można dojść pieszo w 10-15 minut. Również w tej okolicy Batumi jest sporo atrakcji miasta. Czuję gruzińską gościnność nawet ze strony personelu tego hotelu.

Genel olarak güzel bir konaklama deneyimi sunuyorlar. 2 aile olarak, 2 ayrı oda aldık ve genek olarak aynı kanaateyiz: Otelin konumu, odaların konforu ve temizligi, resepsiyondaki hanımın yardimseverligi gayet güzeldi. Otelin fiyatı da oldukca uygun. Küçük bir eleştiri olarak, yastıkların yüksekligini söyleye bilirim. Aşırı dolu yastık bir noktadan sonra rahatsız etti. Fakat bu husus kolaylıkla düzeltilebilir.

The hotel room was very nicely decorated; the bed and everything were very comfortable. clean and modern. The staff were very nice and polite. The owner of the hotel was a very nice man who was very willing to help anytime. If I ever happen to travel to Batumi again, this hotel will be my one and only choice.

Fräscht, rent och väldigt prisvärt
Fräscht, rent, och väldigt prisvärt med bra centralt läge i Batumi nära både restauranger och strandpromenaden. Väldigt bra service och ett trevligt bemötande från personalen som ansträngde sig för att vi skulle få det bra - fixade bland annat fram chaufför och guide som tog oss vidare från Batumi upp i bergen.
