Attention

Never make a booking from this account. You will not meet the owner of the room, he will tell you to cancel your reservation and rebook with a higher price again. This happenned on 11th April 2024. Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. He never came because he knew last minute cancellation will make him get the money and he has already booked the rooms to somedy else which means multiple booking.

Bir ay öncesinden hotels.com'dan ödemeyi yaparak rezervasyon yaptık ancak gittiğimizde otelde rezervasyonumuzun olmadığını söylediler, defalarca hotels.com üzerinden yazışma yaptığımız halde mağdur olduk, paramız boşa gitti dolandırıcılar, saat akşam 10.00'da oradaydık gece 2'ye kadar halen çözülmedi İnternetimiz üzerinden yazıştık, hattımız yurt dışına açık olmadığı için bizi aramayacaklarını söylediler ve bizi mağdur ettiler eşimle çocuğumla ortada kaldım başka bir otele yeni bir ücret ödeyerek konaklama yapmak zorunda kaldık asla tercih etmeyin Siz de bizim gibi mağdur olmayın dolandırılmayın paramız boşa gitti Batum'a gidince oradan ayarlayın daha iyi
