"We had to wait afterv4 for our toom, bedding and shower were dirty . The ammentitiea were closed ,I sent an email before hand woth no response about tye amentities,no answer. Also they gave food credits to everyonr but cohldnt use them ,restraunt was full. Terrible stay for my birthday. Also i left something behind they refused to look where I tokd them it was at. "

"While the room was clean and the staff were polite, the building itself seemed very poorly designed. The hotel is off a main road, and it is very loud whenever a car drives by, if you’re facing the lake you hear every vehicle that passes all night long. If you are on a lower floor, you’ll spend the night hearing your upstairs neighbor every time they take a step, which isn’t something I’ve had trouble with at other hotels. Additionally the pipes seem poorly positioned, any time there’s water movement you hear it as if it’s flooding the wall beside you. Overall it was a very noisy and unpleasant stay, the beds themselves were comfortable but it felt like the room was made of cardboard, and the passive noise level made it impossible to really rest comfortably. This hotel should invest in padded floors/ceilings and double pane windows. As an added note this location specifically has few food options within walking distance, something to consider."

"Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to see a bigger variety but understand it was continental. Its a longer walk to splash lagoon. I wouldnt stay there again unless the other 2 connecting hotels were fully booked."

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up booking a room down the street for a little more but so worth it. I tried to get a partial refund and it was denied. "

"Thought they advertised breakfast but nothing was offered. Very clean and nice for the price. If you want plush towels and linens, you might want to pay an extra $100 and stay somewhere else. If you just want clean and a decent place to sleep, great choice for the price."
