"The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this. Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc. Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away. Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. "

"It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets) No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night .. I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough. I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. "

"Stayed at Baray Siem Reap House for four days, and everything about our stay was great. Our host was available to help us with recommendations, tuk tuk, and friendly advice every step of the way. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, and cost significantly less than some of the other places we stayed.
