First hay, the room mas not clean. Remaining days the housekeeping services were mediocre. When we talk to the management about why the room mas not clean, we feel ignored and not even an apology mas given ( or a form of compensation for the pre paid services not rendered). The only comentary by the top management was that they will investigate the incident. Completely unprofessional and taking advantage that the room mas PRE PAID. Certainly you expect more professionality from the Mariott brand.

We had an unexpected family emergency the same weekend I was supposed to be there and they wouldn't let me change my dates. I didn't even ask for a refund, only a date change. They flat out told me no and that they have a strict policy. I will NEVER stay at another Marriott as long as I gracefully walk the face of this earth.! I will definitely be contacting corporate for the lack of compassion that has been instilled into their employees. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience!
