I didn't like how the phone didn't work in the room. I didn't like the lighting, felt dark. Didn't like the sticky floors in the halls. I did like the cable and how you have a microwave and a stove top. I like that you have smoking rooms

When we went to check in the Hotel was no longer OYO. They are now Motel 6, and have been for 3 months. They did not have our reservation. There was an OYO hotel close but they did not have our prepaid reservation. I need a refund for this booking.

Payed for my room but didn’t stay, the room listed had a single bed but the staff said they only had double rooms and so the listing was inaccurate. My bedsheets looked oily in places and had cigarette burns and hair on them, when I asked for new sheets those had cigarette burns as well. The room was filthy and I could see hair and dirt on the floor. Also toilet didn’t flush. I left and stayed at another hotel but had no way of getting refunded as the staff had left (around 10 pm). Don’t go here

Disgusting. Got a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes, burn holes in the blankets and the walls were covered in precious spilt drinks and had not been cleaned. I stayed long enough to book a different hotel and left. Not at all like the photos. Not even a smoke alarm, just a hole and wires in the ceiling where it had previously been.

Not good ! Hotel was invested with roaches and was told by front desk agent that no tv was in the room and it might have roaches So he proceeded to say they will give me a refund still waiting

The management is very rude and and unprofessional. As well as the roaches are very rude and greedy. The roaches tried to eat all of my food and sleep in my bed, i wasnt aware that i was going to have roommates.

I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find a light that worked. Lightbulbs missing. Switches don’t work. Walls and outlets in disrepair. Linen and pillows are nothing like in the pictures online. Same with the bathtub. No chair to sit in. Very unpleasant.

Pues el muchacho que nos atendió se porto muy bien , inclusive nos dijo que viéramos los cuartos antes de quedarnos . Me imagino porque sabía que no es un lugar familiar , más bien parece un lugar para prostitutas ya que los cuartos estás asquerosos , las camas mugrosas y sin tender , 0 limpieza , había chinches y prostitutas caminando por todos lados .. rentamos en línea ya que queríamos descansar y ningún. Hotel tenía espacio para 3 cuartos y tú irnos que rentar ahí pero después de verlos mejor salimos y nos dijieron que me van a regresar el dinero según en 48 hrs así que me falta un día para ver si lo aran o no .. pero realmente si tienes familia no te lo recomiendo para nada

I been here for 3 or more months havent had my linens changed or mfloors cleaned nor moved into disability room Was to get a room with shower . My toilet hasnt been cleaned. I swept and mop my on floors. I stay here cause i have no place to live i wish the housekeeper would just do her job. She picked up.my towels 4 days ago and have not gave back to me. Shecworks here only 3 days a week and she wirks at another job she needs to keep one job are stay home you cant do your job right when in a big hurry to get away to get to other job on time. This jobs people are in snd out rooms need a good cleaning cause of virus . Clean p and make sure you done what is suppose to be done before you go to your next job.

Absolutely Disgusting
I do t know how this place is still open. There were blood stains on the floor. Valentine’s Day decorations still stuck on the walls. There was a bug that was smashed on the bed and just left there. I didn’t even sit down. My skin was crawling just thinking about what diseases I might catch if I slept. I rolled my suitcase back to truck and left. Keep my $56. There’s no telling what kind of excuses the manager would have given me if I asked for a refund. I took a video of everything that was damaged, missing or just plain disgusting and I’d love to know where I can send it.

Stay for the price, and no bugs.
A little beat of from time and abuse by people who don't care. The floor was less than clean, but it was there, it got me thru the night and I didn't have any extra "passengers" after I left.

The uniqueness was homeless people sleeping in the stairwells, the office staff could careless, the room was horrible, no air, toilet and sink did not work, bugs in the bed.
