"The carpet's room was stained, the breakfast was poor, the safe in the room wasn't working and the price I paid for a double through Expedia was well above the one showed at the reception's desk for the same room."

"Timgad Hotel Hazem has wonderful, responsive staff, especially the front desk. They helped me get a taxi and helped adjust the number of nights I stayed. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. Mine had no desk, but the internet worked OK. The breakfast had coffee and lots of pastries, but othewise not much. The scrambled eggs container had a broken handle all 3 mornings, and it was empty about 50% of the time. There was hard bread with no butter, and very little healthy food - just tomatoes and cucumber. The hotel is inexpensive - less than 100 Euro per night."
